Anytime that you can get yourself to do it is the best time! It doesn’t really matter when; just do it!
Be willing to experiment a little. Pick a time to do your ten minutes of mindfulness practice, and if after a few days you find that’s not working well for you, then see if there’s another time that would work better. Keep at it, until you develop a regular, daily routine.
