I don’t have access to your mobile app.
There are several ways you can log your meditations without use of our mobile app:
- Paper and pen
- Shared document or spreadsheet on the cloud (like Google docs)
Make sure you check in with your teacher about the best way to do this so you can get feedback from them to help you grow your practice.
You will need to log the following for each session:
- Date
- Minutes meditated
- Skill(s) used if any
- Guided meditations used if any
- Reflections on your session
- 2 things you are grateful for
